[in German only] Änderungen der 2003 ISDA Credit Derivatives Definitions

Die ISDA hat auf ihrer Homepage (http://www2.isda.org/) die vom ISDA Credit Steering Committee erarbeiteten Vorschläge zur Änderung der Credit Derivatives Definitions veröffentlicht. Auch wenn dies noch nicht als finale Änderung betrachtet werden kann, da die ISDA immer auch den Austausch mit den Marktteilnehmern sucht, bevor finale Änderungen vorgenommen werden, darf man davon ausgehen, dass die Vorschläge weitestgehend in dieser Form in den Credit Derivatives Definitions implementiert werden. Aktuell antizipiert die ISDA eine Umsetzung dieser Regeländerungen im März 2014. Hierbei ist zu bemerken, dass Teile dieser Änderungsvorschläge auch in die Dokumentation bereits bestehender bilateraler Kontrakte aufgenommen werden können – offensichtlich aber nur solche, die einen geringen ökonomischen Effekt auf die Transaktion ausüben, da beide Parteien zustimmen müssen.
